As an SEM Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact our clients have for their online ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about marketing, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to grow. You’ll work hands-on with Google and Facebook platforms, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns.

Specific Duties Include

• Obtain all required information and access to launch ad campaigns
• Coordinate with the customer’s website contact to install tracking codes
• Work with our designer to produce eye-catching banner ads
• Troubleshoot campaigns as needed

The goal of this role is to implement high-quality SEM campaigns that generate more leads for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Compensation

• Starting pay is $18 per hour

Schedule

• This is a full-time office position, Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
• Basic understanding of Google and Facebook marketing, and Pay-Per-Click
• Some HTML knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt as needed
• Professional and friendly communication (phone and email)
• Capable of managing projects from start to finish
• Ability to handle high-volume periods while staying organized
• Strong leadership and ability to manage tasks effectively
