POSTCARDMANIA – CLEARWATER, FL Sales FloaterIf you are interested in getting into the world of sales, are hungry for money, and want to grow with a booming company, then this position is for you!Your Mission: Our marketing department is currently reaching out to over 100,000 small businesses each week via postcard mailings, online ads, email and more. This results in 2000+ small businesses contacting us each week wanting to learn more about our marketing services. If they call in, they are routed directly to you. If they request information from our website, then our lead activation unit calls out to them and if/when they connect with someone via phone, they are routed to you.As a Sales Floater, you might be talking to the client for the first time after they have already been quoted! This is because your responsibility is to cover for our reps who are out. If the rep you are covering for has an unclosed lead, it becomes your job to close that lead! Once on the phone with a small business owner, you will learn a bit about their business and their expansion goals. You’ll understand what type of customers they are wanting to bring in and will help put together a proposal for them. Don’t worry – you’ll receive all the training you need before you are on the phones so that you know exactly what to propose to them. Then you’ll need to present the plan to them confidently and be comfortable getting them to pay for their campaign. Once they order you will enter the detailed discussed and pass them off to an Account Manager who will fulfill their campaign for them.ScheduleMonday-Friday 9-6Pay$40k/year + bonuses
