MissionYour mission as the Postage Clerk is to ensure all client payments for mailings are collected accurately and on time, and that each client’s mailing is properly logged and passed along to our team for processing. You will also follow up with clients who missed a previous mailing or have upcoming mailings scheduled. This role is focused on customer communication and administrative coordination, not postal delivery.Schedule• This is a
full-time office position• The schedule is
Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pmCompensation • Pay is $16.00/hr.
to startSpecific Duties Include• Being in
direct communication with our customers and taking payments via the phone,
e-mail or our website.• Being
friendly and service orientated.• Communicating
with CSR’s (Customer Service Representative) when necessary.

Requirements

• Amazing
customer service skills. Very friendly and professional.• Basic
computer skills.• Able to take
instructions and duplicate them as given.• Composure
under pressure with any deadlines or quotas.• Able to work
in a faced paced environment.
