mail with digital marketing to drive real results. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact our clients have for
their online ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who’s
passionate about marketing, thrives in a team environment, and is
eager to grow. You’ll work hands-on with Google and Facebook
platforms, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver
performance-driven campaigns. Specific
Duties Include:

Obtain
all required information and access to launch ad
campaigns
Coordinating with
the customer’s website contact to install tracking codes
Work with
our designer to produce eye-catching banner ads
Troubleshooting
campaigns as needed

The goal of
this role is to implement high-quality SEM campaigns that generate
more leads for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term
loyalty. Compensation · Starting pay is $18 per
hour Schedule

This a
full-time office position, Monday – Friday from 9-6pm

Requirements

·         Proficient
in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. ·         Customer-focused
with a passion for helping others ·         Basic
understanding of Google and Facebook marketing, and Pay-Per-Click ·         Some HTML
knowledge preferred ·         Strong
organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
adapt as needed ·         Professional
and friendly communication (phone and email) ·         Capable of
managing projects from start to finish ·         Ability to
handle high-volume periods while staying organized ·         Strong
leadership and ability to manage tasks effectively
